    Job Summary:
    We're seeking a visionary Co-founder to lead our technical endeavors and steer our technological roadmap.

    As the Co-founder(Tech), you'll collaborate with the leadership team to set clear priorities, align technology solutions with business goals, and drive innovation.

    Job Details:

    • Parttime opportunity, based on Equity Sharing Ownership Program (ESOP).
    • Hybrid mode of working, offering flexibility between remote and officebased work.
    • Candidates from Mumbai highly preferred for easy accessibility.
    • Small Office/Home Office (SOHO) arrangement for workspace

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with the leadership team to set clear priorities and goals for IT management, balancing immediate needs with longterm objectives.
    • Develop and manage annual and quarterly budgets to support technology initiatives and projects.
    • Oversee data security management and governance, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
    • Cultivate strategic relationships with vendors and technology partners to enhance our technological capabilities.
    • Manage IT resource allocation, goal setting, and performance metrics, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
    • Define the company's overall technology strategy to support business objectives, focusing on scalability, security, and optimal performance.
    • Monitor existing technology landscape and stay updated on emerging trends and advancements to maintain uptodate tech solutions.
    • Apply advanced technology understanding in designing technology standards and frameworks to drive innovation.
    • Coordinate with all IT departments to ensure seamless integration and alignment of technology initiatives with business operations.
