    Description

    Summary :

    - We are seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Technical Project Manager to join our growing team.

    - You will be responsible for leading and managing the development and delivery of complex software projects, particularly those focused on Java/J2EE technologies and the banking domain.

    - You will leverage your strong technical expertise and project management skills to ensure successful project execution, on time, within budget, and meeting all quality standards.

    Responsibilities :

    Project Management :

    - Lead and manage the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC) for assigned projects, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure.

    - Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource allocation.

    - Identify and mitigate risks, proactively addressing potential issues and implementing contingency plans.

    - Track project progress, measure performance against baselines, and report key metrics to stakeholders.

    - Manage project scope, ensuring deliverables meet all functional and technical requirements.

    Technical Expertise :

    - Provide technical guidance and direction to development teams, leveraging your in-depth knowledge of Java/J2EE technologies.

    - Understand and analyze complex technical requirements, translating them into clear and actionable plans.

    - Work closely with developers to ensure code quality, adherence to best practices, and efficient implementation.

    - Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Java/J2EE technologies and banking domain trends.

    Leadership and Communication :

    - Provide strong leadership and direction to project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

    - Clearly communicate project goals, objectives, and progress to all stakeholders, including developers, clients, and senior management.

    - Manage customer expectations and ensure successful project delivery, exceeding client satisfaction.

    - Proactively manage risks and issues, keeping stakeholders informed and addressing concerns effectively.

    Qualifications :

    11+ Years of Experience :

    Proven track record of at least 11 years of experience in Java/J2EE related projects and banking projects.

    Technical Project Management :

    Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a technical project management role, demonstrating successful project delivery within budget and timeline constraints.

    Technical Skills :

    - Strong expertise in Core Java, Multithreading, J2EE, Design Patterns.

    - Proficiency in Spring Core, Spring MVC, Spring Batch, Web Services (REST/SOAP).

    - Experience with Oracle SQL/PLSQL and deployment/cluster application architecture.

    - Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies a plus.

    Banking Domain Expertise :

    Experience working on banking domain projects, including Retail, Corporate, Internet, or Payment domains.

    Hands-on Java Experience :

    Solid understanding of Java programming with practical experience in banking application development and maintenance.

    Leadership and Communication Skills :

    Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

    Team Management :

    Ability to effectively manage and motivate teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.

    Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills :

    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve project challenges effectively.

    Notice Period - Immediate to 30 days

    - All days work from office including alternate Saturdays
