Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) Specialist with 6-8 years of experience to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting SuccessFactors Learning Management System modules to meet business needs.

As a SuccessFactors LMS Specialist, you will play a key role in the design, implementation, and optimization of our learning management Implementation and Configuration: Lead the implementation of SuccessFactors Learning Management System modules, including module configuration, customization, and integration with other HR systems.

System Administration: Perform system administration tasks such as user management, security configuration, and system maintenance to ensure optimal performance and data integrity.
Content Management: Manage learning content within the LMS, including course catalog management, content uploads, and version control.
Learning Program Management: Design and manage learning programs, curricula, and certifications within the LMS to support organizational training initiatives.
Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track learning metrics, monitor training effectiveness, and provide insights to stakeholders.
Integration: Collaborate with IT teams to integrate the LMS with other HR systems, such as HRIS, performance management, and talent management systems.
User Support and Training: Provide enduser support, troubleshooting, and training to ensure a positive user experience and adoption of the LMS platform.

Regulatory Requirements:
Ensure that the LMS meets compliance requirements and regulatory standards for training and certification programs.

Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest features and capabilities of SuccessFactors LMS, and recommend enhancements and best practices to optimize system functionality and Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field.
68 years of experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting SuccessFactors Learning Management System modules.
Indepth knowledge of SuccessFactors Learning Management System functionality, including but not limited to course management, content management, curriculum management, and reporting.
Experience with SuccessFactors Learning Management System administration, including user management, security configuration, and system maintenance.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to analyze complex requirements and translate them into LMS solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.
Experience with integration of SuccessFactors LMS with other HR systems using APIs or middleware tools.
Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements related to training and certification programs.
Certification in SuccessFactors Learning Management System administration or implementation is a plus.
