    A Financial Services Corporate having PAN India presence is hiring for Debt Syndication

    Job Location - Goregaon-East

    Qualification: CA/CFA/MBA from leading business schools.

    Job description-

    Will be responsible for Business Development and origination of mandates for Fundraising through Debt

    Strong connections & networking with various lenders which includes Banks, NBFCs, Debt Funds, etc.

    Ability to understand and prepare funding proposal for clients for products such as Term loan, Working Capital loan, Project Financing, External Commercial Borrowing, etc.

    Understanding the business model/ project and assessing the finance requirement

    Ability to prepare Information Memorandum, financial model and other transaction documents for submission of proposal to various lenders

    Managing Marketing Activities of the Company by participating in various Meets & Seminars

    Handling existing corporate relationships of the firm and analyzing possible business opportunities
