    Description
    Role Description
    This is a full-time on-site role for an Affiliate Manager at Fame Keeda.

    The Affiliate Manager will be responsible for managing affiliate relationships, overseeing account management tasks, communicating with stakeholders, driving sales through online marketing channels, and optimizing affiliate campaigns.


    Responsibilities :

    Affiliate Recruitment:
    Identify and recruit new affiliate partners to expand our affiliate network and drive revenue growth.

    Relationship Management:
    Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners, providing support, guidance, and resources to help them succeed.

    Campaign Optimization:


    Monitor and analyze affiliate marketing campaigns to optimize performance, including tracking metrics such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and revenue generated.


    Creative Development:
    Work with affiliate partners to develop compelling marketing materials and promotions that align with our brand and objectives.

    Negotiation :
    Negotiate terms and agreements with affiliate partners, including commission structures, payment schedules, and promotional opportunities.

    Compliance Monitoring:


    Ensure compliance with affiliate program policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements to maintain program integrity and protect the company's reputation.


    Reporting and Analysis:
    Prepare regular reports on affiliate performance and campaign results, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

    Industry Research:


    Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in affiliate marketing, leveraging insights to enhance our affiliate program strategies.


    Collaboration :

    Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to align affiliate initiatives with overall business objectives and priorities.


    Training and Support :

    Provide training and support to affiliate partners, equipping them with the knowledge and tools needed to effectively promote our products and services.

    Qualifications
    Affiliate Management and Account Management skills
    Excellent communication skills
    Strong sales and negotiation skills
    Familiarity with affiliate tracking platforms and marketing analytics tools.
    Experience in online marketing and digital advertising
    Knowledge of affiliate marketing and performance-based marketing
    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
