    Job Overview

    We are seeking a GPS Technical Engineer with Junior: 1 to 3 years of experience to join our team at j technologies india private limited. As a GPS Technical Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise for our GPS and related products. This is a full-time position based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
    • 1 to 3 years of experience in technical support or a similar role, preferably in the GPS industry.
    • Knowledge of GPS technology and related software.
    • Familiarity with GPS installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
    • Willingness to travel to customer sites as required.
    • Certifications in GPS technology or related areas would be a plus.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Install, configure, and maintain GPS devices and related equipment at customer sites.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to GPS products.
    • Provide technical support and training to customers on the use and functionality of GPS devices.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
    • Assist in the development and testing of new GPS products and features.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in GPS technology.
    • Document and maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and technical solutions provided.
    • Conduct regular product performance evaluations and propose enhancements or modifications as needed.
    • Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures for quality and safety.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall product performance and customer satisfaction.
