    Join our expanding Marketing & Technology Team in India and report directly to our Project Manager. As Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in project administrative tasks, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring resource availability for the project team.

    By leveraging your collaborative abilities, you'll have the opportunity to engage with a broad spectrum of stakeholders, both internally and externally. Your involvement will span all aspects of our product lifecycle, actively involving team members in proficient problem-solving through collaboration, recognizing potential opportunities, and appropriately escalating any issues that may arise.

    As a project coordinator, you'll assess scopes and allocate resources according to workload, deliverables, and deadlines. Your presence will be pivotal in meetings with major stakeholders, where you'll offer project updates and gather information to enhance our scheduling and monitoring processes for improvement projects.

    As a detail-oriented person, you will be responsible for preparing & sharing project documents and reports with the stakeholders. You will be a key member in establishing and developing process capability for Leading processes and identifying continuous improvement initiatives.

    Key Technical Criteria

    • Experience in coordinating projects throughout the entire lifecycle, from conception to delivery.
    • Experience managing local & remote projects, suppliers, and personnel on time and within budget.
    • Demonstrated project management experience in engineering and/or operational roles
    • Experienced in managing projects through the design, manufacturing, and commercialization phases
    • Effectively collaborating with engineering and manufacturing teams to achieve project goals.
    • Global experience, working with/in diverse cultures is advantageous.
    • Knowledge of product development, manufacturing, and market release processes.
    • Proficient in diverse project methodologies (waterfall, Agile, MAHD)
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including MS Project

    This role will be based in Coimbatore.
