    Description

    Short Intro and About the Job

    To develop & execute a well thought-through marketing strategy to enhance sustainable brand equity among Consumers across channels while delivering accelerated profitable growth of the Early Life nutrition/kids foods portfolioRoles & Responsibilities
  • Leading the portfolio shaping and management. Build short and long-term effective strategies for the brand portfolio in line with overall marketing strategy of the company. Gain positive accelerated impact on brand health parameters like awareness, consideration, usage & imagery.
  • Launch new brands/SKUs
  • Developing & Implement Annual brand plans
  • Ensuring timely implementation of the activity calendar
  • Identifying and drawing up any corrective/reactive action required on the brand portfolio through comprehensive review - category/allied category trends; competition activities and trends
  • Digital 1st approach and Direct to Consumer Marketing
  • ECOMM and Performance Marketing
  • Developing and maintaining customer and consumer insights/understanding; Identify and deploy any Consumer Research that may be needed on the brand.
  • Maintain a monthly dashboard of all Performance KPIs & activations/communication.
  • Data Analytics and Track brand performance A&P spends planning – media spends efficiency & 360' marketing campaign impact on brand metrics

    • About You

    Education & Experience

  • 6 - 8 years of Digital marketing /ECOMM /Direct to consumer marketing experience
  • Varied experience in building 360' campaigns across channels for Consumers – ATL & BTL activations.
  • Preferred Experience of launching D2C brands and scaling up quickl
  • MBA in Marketing
