The firm projects range from renovation as well as new project design.

We are seeking in our office, who thrives fast paced environment, enjoys working with a team and wants to grow with the company.

Our company is working at PAN India level and created successful numerous luxurious, houses, restaurants, hotels, schools and villas located all across India.

We involved in turnkey projects and we are not involved in high rise building projects.

Proven working experience in decorating interior spaces (consultations, renovations, space planning, and new constructions)

Expertise in site visits, contractors dealing, cheeking of site execution, workprogress, working drawings, RCP plan, looping plan, internal plumbing, wall electrical, presentation, BOQ, client presentation, site survey, lighting plan

Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, 3D Max, Illustrator, Power point or other design programs

Excellent portfolio of previous works
Creative talent, imagination, and eye for design
Communication and presentation skills
Project management skills
Must have Graduated in Architecture/Interior Design or similar
Job Role:

Undertake design project from concept to completion

Define project requirements and schedule during the brief
Interpret and translate customer needs into rough plans
Set costs and project fees according to budget
Research and decide on materials and products sourcing
Work closely with Agencies, designers, decorators, architects, and constructors
Research and follow industry changes, evolutions, and best practices
Use electronic or manual techniques to conceive, conceptualize, and implement creative ideas.

Provide a variety of concepts and ideas for interior design projects.

Examine all reference resources in order to communicate your opinions.

Present the illustration both manually and digitally.

think about materials and expenses in terms of budgets, negotiate project fees

Salary:
₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
