    Role:
    We are seeking a seasoned Java Technical Lead to join our dynamic team. This role requires a deep understanding of Spring Boot, microservices architecture, Azure cloud services, and React JS. The ideal candidate will lead development efforts, guiding technical decisions, and ensuring the delivery of scalable and robust applications.

    Responsibilities:
    Design and develop high-quality, scalable, and efficient Java applications using Spring Boot.
    Lead the architecture and implementation of microservice-based systems.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate systems and technology that align with business goals.
    Oversee the deployment of applications on the Azure cloud platform, ensuring best practices in cloud architecture.
    Mentor and guide team members in Java and React JS development, promoting best practices in code quality and agility.
    Manage the full software development life cycle, including planning, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
    Conduct code reviews and ensure that the team adheres to the agreed-upon standards and practices.
    Stay updated with new technologies and trends in the software development industry to incorporate into potential project improvements.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
    Minimum of 8 years experience in Java development, with at least 3 years in a technical leadership role.
    Strong expertise in Spring Boot and building RESTful services.
    Proven experience in designing and implementing applications using microservices architecture.
    Proficient with Microsoft Azure cloud services and managing scalable cloud-based applications.
    Experience with front-end technologies, particularly React JS.Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
    Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think analytically.
    Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring junior developers.
