    Job Overview

    We are looking for a skilled HR Executive to join our team. As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The job is located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. This is a full-time employment opportunity.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
    • 4 to 6 years of experience in HR roles
    • Strong understanding of HR policies and procedures
    • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload
    • Attention to detail and accuracy
    • Proactive problem-solving skills
    • Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates
    • Conduct new employee orientation programs and ensure smooth onboarding
    • Administer and maintain HR policies and procedures
    • Provide HR support to employees regarding policies, benefits, and employee relations
    • Manage performance appraisal process and assist in performance development plans
    • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy
    • Assist in the implementation of HR initiatives and programs
    • Contribute to the development and improvement of HR processes
    • Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters
    • Stay updated with employment laws and regulations
