    Accounts& FinanceManagerJobDescription:

    As Managerof Finance you would be responsiblefor:

    • Manageinternalauditandstatutoryauditsensuringcompliancewithrelevantregulationsand

    standards

    • Overseecash flow management including monitoring cash inflowsand outflows optimizing working capital and implementing cash flowforecasting.
    • Prepareaccurate and timely monthly and annual financial statementsensuring adherencetoaccountingprinciples and companypolicies.
    • Performmonthly closing activities including reconciliations journalentries and balancesheet

    analysis.

    • GenerateadvancedlevelreportsusingMSExcelpresentingfinancialdataandanalysistosupport

    decisionmakingprocesses.

    • Conductfinancialanalysistoidentifytrendsrisks and opportunitiesprovidingrecommendations

    for costreduction and revenueenhancement.

    • Collaboratewith crossfunctional teams to developand monitorbudgetsprovidingfinancial insightsand guidancethroughouttheprocess.
    • Ensurecompliancewithtaxation andregulatoryrequirementscoordinatingwithexternaladvisorsasnecessary.
    • Participateinthedevelopmentandimplementationoffinancialpoliciesproceduresandinternal

    controls.

    • Stayupdated with industr ytrendsaccounting standardsand bestpracticesand incorporatethem

    intofinancialoperations.

    WorkExperience:

    710Years

    Qualification:

    • Charteredaccountant
    • Proven experience in finance andaccounting roles with experience in a managerialposition.
    • Strong knowledge of financialprinciples regulations andstandards.
    • Proficiency in MS Excel and otherfinancial softwareapplications.
    • Preferably worked in a listedcompany

    • Problem solving andanalytical skills and professional and/or a drive to learn quicklyand constantly adapt to newchallenges.
    • Creative and criticalthinking.
    • Comprehensive written and verbalcommunication skills
