    Job Description:

    We are seeking a talented and experienced Snowflake Developer/Administrator to join our team.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Snowflake, with proficiency in managing and optimizing Snowflake data warehouse environments.

    Additionally, experience with Snowpipe, Snowsight, and proficiency in Python scripting is highly desirable.

    Role & Responsibilities:

    • Design, develop, and maintain Snowflake data warehouse solutions to meet business requirements.
    • Manage Snowflake accounts, users, roles, and security settings.
    • Optimize Snowflake performance through efficient database design, indexing strategies, and query optimization.
    • Implement and maintain automated data loading processes using Snowpipe for real-time data ingestion.
    • Develop and maintain ETL pipelines to integrate data from various sources into Snowflake.
    • Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
    • Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to Snowflake database performance, data integrity, and security.
    • Implement and maintain Snowsight reports and dashboards for data visualization and analysis.
    • Stay updated on the latest Snowflake features, best practices, and industry trends.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
    • Proven experience as a Snowflake Developer/Administrator, with a minimum of 2-5 years of hands-on experience.
    • Strong proficiency in SQL and database concepts.
    • Experience with Snowpipe for real-time data ingestion.
    • Familiarity with Snowsight for data visualization and analysis.
    • Solid understanding of data warehousing principles and best practices.
    • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
