    Developstrategies to leverage and expand the Anytime Fitness brandbuilding upon our classicheritage and corecustomer segments with a focus on modernizing the brand in a mannerthatbroadens its appeal across a broader setof customer demographics.

    Leveragingdatadriven insights to evolve the brand positioning and brand imageto differentiateservices and increase appealwithin the target market. Develop anapproach to utilize customer segmentation and behavioral data thatresults in increasedspend share of walletand profitability. Develop mechanisms to track sales impactincrease retentionof existing customers andacquire new customers.

    Develop the overallannual and seasonal marketing programs and plans includingtraditionalpromotions inclub events PRphilanthropy and digital marketing strategies to drive traffic intoallchannels.

    Build dashboards to track effectiveness of programs tofocus on continuous learningandimprovement.
    Ensure Franchisees have the tools and training they need toimplement local marketingeffortseffectively.

    Develop programs that will measure monitor and improve customerexperience journey as theyengage with thebrand to improve overall retention and enhance customeradvocacy.

    Build and develop marketingplatforms to collect data from multiple channels buildaudiencesegments and deliver personalizedmessages all in a single framework connecting legacy systemslikeemail and CRM so all Franchisees andCorporate can have a unified view of the customer anddeliverdifferentiated messaging to yieldhigher results.

    Provide strong leadershipand mentoring to various members of the Marketing andInternalCommunicationsteams. Evaluate the current organizationstructure and people to determine alignment with themarketinggrowthstrategy.

    Build a pipeline of talentinternally and externally to fuel the growth of the businessincludingdeveloping appropriate developmentstrategies and plans for key talent.

    Play anactive collaborative role with the management and executive team tohelp define and planstrategic brandpriorities over the next 23 years.

    Leverage resources to supportstrategic initiativeswhilepreserving/cultivating the company s unique positiveculture. Streamlining marketing process torealize cost savings across the creative services andmediaspending.
    Analyzing current marketing strategies and continually testing andoptimizing forincreasedperformanceSelection of marketing agency partners and reviewing theiractivities.


    Education/Experience

    Requirements:

    Bachelor s degree in business administration marketing or relatedfield or equivalent experience.
    Master sdegree preferred. 15 years marketingexperience in building brands and designing and executing marketingstrategiesand programs within a consumer orfranchise industry. Experience leadingmarketing in an omnichannel retailer or wholesaler; specialtyretail or wholesaleexperience ispreferred.

    Experience utilizingsophisticated customer insights and analytics either through directsupervisionof these functions oreffective Experienced on Partnering withagencies 810 years experience managingfunctionalstaff.
