    We are searching for a dynamic andmarketsavvy Marketing Head to oversee all of ourplatformsandmessages.

    Our Head Of Marketing will beresponsible for increasing our reach .She/hewill collaborate closely with the national heads and acrossfunctional team to accomplishthebrand's financial growth andprofitability.

    The candidate must offer apositive and polite approach towardsothers.

    ResponsibilitiesDetermine possibilities and tactics to boost website traffic incomesales and retention. Collect and interpretconsumer feedback and transmit it to product and designteams. Create KPIs for weekly reporting todemonstrate the marketing department'sinfluence. Have innovative advertisingacross several media. Analyze existingSEO/PR/SEM/Affiliate channels then optimize metrics andimpacts. Establish the marketing budget withthe CFO every quarter. Monitor social mediaas a whole. Create employee initiatives thatencourage and develop people over time. Keeptrack of rival movement and market circumstances by monitoringmarketinformation.
    RequirementsA manager capable of commanding and leading the entiredepartment.

    Master's degree inMarketing/Communications from a reputed business institution;shownsuccess in B2Cmarketing Excellent knowledge of Excel andstatistics as well as data mining Excellentcommunication skills are required to give guidance and feedback forthe Marketingdepartment'screative and analytical components.
