    Purpose to hire this position : Lead PHP development and support for ECU Air project.


    Educational Qualification :
    Bachelor's degree in computer science or related information technology


    Technical Experience :

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
    Master's degree is a plus.

    • Extensive experience (5+ years) in PHP web development, with proficiency in PHP frameworks such as Laravel, Symfony, or CodeIgniter.
    • Strong understanding of objectoriented programming principles and design patterns.
    • Proficiency in relational database management systems, particularly MySQL or PostgreSQL.
    • Experience with frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks/libraries (e.g., , React, Angular).
    • Knowledge of RESTful API design and development.
    • Experience with microservices architecture and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
    • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment.
    • Knowledge of caching mechanisms and performance optimization techniques.
    • Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git.
    • Experience with automated testing frameworks (e.g., PHP Unit, Code ception).
    • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
    • Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
    • Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of leading and mentoring development teams.
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

    Key Responsibilities :

    • Lead a team of PHP developers in all aspects of the software development lifecycle.
    • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
    • Architect, design, and implement scalable and maintainable PHP applications.
    • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of learning and growth.
    • Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines.
    • Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate backend logic with frontend interfaces.
    • Optimize application performance and scalability through effective code optimization and database tuning.
    • Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in production environments, providing timely resolution.
    • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in PHP development and advocate for their adoption when applicable.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the development team.

    Secondary Skills :

    • Agile process knowledge will be an added advantage.
