    Description

    The role is of a Technical Lead who will play an integral part in the development of our existing facilities and to set a new benchmark on the market. Our mission is to maximize people's potential.

    Performance Measurements

    • Highly experienced with back-end programming languages like Node JS (Minimum 5 Yrs)
    • Experience with high-capacity MySQL DB, DB optimization / indexing
    • Working knowledge of Elastic Search and key/value stores (Redis, Memcached etc) is a plus
    • Familiarity with Message Queue (Kafka, RabbitMQ etc) is a plus
    • Good understanding of Industry standard design patterns/architecture such as MVC, Microservices, etc., and good knowledge of REST/JSON.
    • Understanding the nature of asynchronous programming and its quirks and workarounds
    • Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
    • Working knowledge of GIT CICD, Dockers , Kubernetes
    • Experience in working with large and complex systems
    • Analyze and resolve Critical Tech Debts
    • Manage, mentor, and provide technical guidance to the team.

    Primary Requirements

    • 8-12 years experience
    • Must have - Node Js, Typescript,, Mysql, Docker and Gitlab, CICD
    • Good to have - Kubernetees, Prometheus, Grafana, MongoDB, Argo CD, AWS Services, Golang, React,NextJs, NestJs
