    Position Name : Technical Lead


    Location : Gurgaon


    Experience Range : 4-6 Yrs

    Mandatory Requirement :
    • Strong proficiency in JS, Nodejs, React, REST APIs, Microservices
    • Experience working with NoSQL Databases (MongoDB), and caching technologies such as Redis.
    • Experience working with containers, system architecture, designing distributed systems

    • Lead a team of developers/engineers in designing, developing, and implementing high-quality software solutions.
    • Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and coaching to team members to foster their professional growth and development.
    • Collaborate with product managers, project managers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements, priorities, and timelines.
    • Architect scalable and efficient software solutions that meet business needs and technical requirements.
    • Drive best practices in software development, including coding standards, code reviews, testing methodologies, and deployment processes.
    • Conduct regular code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to coding standards.
    • Identify technical risks and challenges early in the development process and propose solutions to mitigate them.
    • Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in software development.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and ensure smooth project delivery.
    • Lead by example by demonstrating a commitment to excellence, continuous learning, and innovation.
    Qualification and Experience :
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
    • 4-6 years of experience as a technical lead or senior software engineer with a track record of successful project delivery.
    • Strong technical expertise in software development, including proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript), frameworks, and technologies.
    • Experience with agile development methodologies and practices (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
    • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and DevOps practices is a plus.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
    • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
    Other Details :

    PREFERRED TECHNOLOGIES :

    - Experience with Backend development using GoLang is a big plus.

    - Experience working with SQL Databases.

    - Configuration Management (Ansible or similar)

    - Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
