    Position Summary:


    As the Technical Lead at Zenatix, you will be the guiding light for a team of software engineers, helping them architect and develop applications using Java Spring and Python Django. Your focus will be on creating scalable, maintainable microservices and implementing event-driven designs with tools like Kafka and Eventhub. You're not just about writing code; you will explore serverless solutions for optimization, ensure integrated software solutions, maintain Kubernetes clusters, and champion best coding and CI/CD practices. Your belief in unit tests, Agile methodologies, and robust API designs will help ensure the delivery of quality software solutions.


    Key Responsibilities:


    1. Design, develop, and maintain applications using Java Spring or Python Django.
    2. Architect and implement microservices, ensuring scalability and maintainability.
    3. Implement event-driven designs utilizing tools such as Kafka, Kafka Streams, and Eventhub.
    4. Explore and implement serverless solutions to optimize performance and reduce costs.
    5. Guide and inspire a team of software engineers, creating an environment of creativity and growth.
    6. Collaborate with diverse teams, ensuring software solutions are holistic and integrated.
    7. Implement and maintain Kubernetes clusters for container orchestration.
    8. Advocate for best coding and design practices, ensuring minimal technical debt.
    9. Champion CI/CD best practices, ensuring rapid and reliable code deployments.
    10. Prioritize unit tests and test automation to ensure software reliability and quality.
    11. Embrace Agile methodologies, ensuring flexibility and responsiveness.
    12. Design and develop robust APIs, ensuring seamless integration with other systems.
    13. Maintain comprehensive API documentation for internal developers and external partners.


    Qualifications


    1. Deep expertise in Java Spring or Python Django, but experience in both.
    2. 6-8 years of overall software development experience.
    3. A minimum of 2-3 years of impactful contributions in a leading organization.
    4. Proven experience in designing microservices and event-driven architectures.
    5. Hands-on experience with Kafka, Kafka Streams, Eventhub, or similar technologies.
    6. Familiarity with serverless architectures and implementations.
    7. Strong knowledge of AWS/Azure cloud platforms.
    8. Good understanding of Kubernetes and container orchestration.
    9. Proven experience in managing a team of software engineers.
    10. Strong advocate for best coding, design, and CI/CD practices.
    11. Passionate about software development and technology.
    12. Strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies.
    13. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
    14. Excellent API design and development skills.
