    Marketing Manager


    Job Description:


    As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

    You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement integrated marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience and align with our company objectives.


    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
    • Manage all aspects of marketing campaigns, including budgeting, timeline management, and performance tracking.
    • Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, including print materials, digital content, and multimedia assets.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective lead generation and conversion strategies.
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
    • Analyze marketing data and metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and optimize performance.
    • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry influencers.
    • Stay uptodate with industry developments and emerging trends to ensure our marketing efforts remain innovative and competitive.
    • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to members of the marketing Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
    • Proven track record of success in marketing management roles, preferably in Service Industry (BPO).
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Strategic thinker with a datadriven approach to decisionmaking.
    • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM platforms, and analytics software.
    • Creative mindset with a passion for driving results.
    • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
