    Description

    Position: Lead Industrial Designer

    Location: Manesar

    CTC of 16 LPA

    Work from office, Full Time

    Primary Design: Industrial Design

    Experience: 8 Years

    Responsibilities:

    1. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, setting project timelines, budgets, and

    priorities. Ensure that all design projects are completed on schedule and within budget

    constraints.

    2. Recruit, train, and mentor industrial designers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration,

    and continuous improvement within the design team.

    3. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and

    marketing, to understand project requirements and translate them into compelling design

    concepts.

    4. Oversee the creation of prototypes and mock-ups to evaluate and refine design concepts.

    Conduct usability testing and gather feedback for design improvements.

    5. Maintain and enforce design standards and guidelines to ensure consistency across product

    lines and adherence to the company's brand identity.

    6. Stay updated on industry trends, consumer preferences, and emerging technologies to

    incorporate relevant design elements into new product development.

    7. Manage the budget for the design department, including resource allocation, cost control, and

    forecasting.

    This is a very challenging and creative job and persons with only creative bent of mind should apply.

    Skills: 3D Software –Solid Works is must

    Prototyping knowledge is appreciated.
