    Description

    Overview

    As anIndustrial Designer at our company you will play a crucial role inthe creation and development of innovative product designs thatalign with market needs and brand aesthetics. You will beresponsible for transforming concepts and ideas into tangibleproducts that enhance user experience and meet industrystandards.

    KeyResponsibilities

    • Collaborating withcrossfunctional teams to gather design requirements and projectobjectives
    • Conducting market research and trendanalysis to identify consumer needs andpreferences
    • Developing sketches renderings and3D models to visualize designconcepts
    • Utilizing CAD software to createdetailed technical drawings and specifications formanufacturing
    • Prototyping and testing designsto evaluate functionality durability andaesthetics
    • Refining designs based on feedbackfrom stakeholders usability testing andcosteffectiveness
    • Participating in designreviews and presenting concepts to internal and externalstakeholders
    • Collaborating with suppliers andmanufacturers to ensure design feasibility and qualityproduction
    • Staying updated on industry trendsmaterials and manufacturing processes
    • Adheringto project timelines budgets and regulatoryrequirements
    • Contributing to the continuousimprovement of design processes andstandards
    • Supporting the marketing and salesteams with product visuals and promotionalmaterials
    • Seeking opportunities for innovationand patentable design solutions
    • Mentoringjunior designers and providing constructivefeedback

    RequiredQualifications

    • Bachelors or Mastersdegree in Industrial Design Product Design or relatedfield
    • Demonstrated experience in designing andlaunching consumer or industrialproducts
    • Proficiency in utilizing CAD softwarefor 3D modeling and technical drawings (e.g. SolidWorksAutoCAD)
    • Strong understanding of manufacturingprocesses materials and engineeringprinciples
    • Portfolio showcasing a range ofproduct designs from ideation to productionstage
    • Ability to communicate and present designconcepts effectively to diverseaudiences
    • Excellent problemsolving skills andthe ability to incorporate feedback into designiterations
    • Knowledge of ergonomic principlesusercentered design and design thinkingmethodologies
    • Experience with rapid prototypingtechniques and testingmethodologies
    • Understanding of intellectualproperty patenting processes and designprotection
    • Ability to work in a fastpacedcollaborative environment and manage multiple projectsconcurrently
    • Strong attention to detail and apassion for creating innovative and aesthetically pleasingdesigns
    • Excellent time management andorganizational skills
    • Knowledge of design forsustainability and environmentalconsiderations
    • Ability to adapt to evolvingtechnologies and industry bestpractices
