- Have 8+ years of Industrial Design experience
- Have 8+ years of 3D design experience using different design tools
- Have experience in ensuring fit & finish in a multi component Hardware systems.
- Strong expertise in layered architecture in 3d modelling.
- Ability to show stylistic versatility and attention to detail, design excellence and good commercial understanding.
- Be able to produce finished visuals to a high standard.
- Extensive design experience and an excellent understanding of delivering exciting and innovation design solutions for Casino Gaming Tables and other associated equipments
- Be able to take a conceptual design brief and ideate strong graphic design solutions and then bring these to life by creating 3D models from scratch.
- Demonstrate knowledge of graphic design with regards layout and messaging hierarchy as well as have a 3D spatial awareness, understanding sizing, dimensions and how consumers would interact with the design or environment.
- Proficient in handling 3D Printers.
- Demonstrate ability to offer account teams advice on render timings.
- Participate in code reviews and refactoring
- Attend daily team meetings
- Collaborate with team members overseas and locally
- Fusion 360
- SolidWorks
- Shapr3D, AutoCAD or any other 3D modelling tool experience will be an added advantage
- Adobe Photoshop
- Proficient with 3D Printers
- Demonstrated strong initiative, ownership, communication and teamwork skills
- Demonstrated strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Good attitude & willingness to learn & grow
- Familiarity with Agile practices
- Work well under pressure and be able to prioritise to meet deadlines and quickly shift priorities as necessary
- Ability to multi-task, work independently with minimum supervision and demonstrate keen attention to details
