    Description

    Job Overview

    As a Site Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects and ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role, possess excellent problem-solving skills, and have a strong attention to detail.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
    • 1 to 3 years of experience in site engineering or a similar role
    • Solid understanding of construction principles, techniques, and materials
    • Proficient in using construction management software
    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work well in a team environment
    • Knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and building codes
    • Time management and organizational skills

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Supervise and direct construction projects from conception to completion
    • Ensure that all construction activities are carried out according to established plans, specifications, and safety standards
    • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure materials and equipment are delivered on time
    • Review and interpret project plans, drawings, and specifications
    • Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work is being done correctly and to the required standards
    • Prepare and submit progress reports, budget estimates, and cost tracking reports
    • Resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during construction
    • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and building codes
    • Provide guidance and support to onsite construction teams
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation
