Job Responsibilities
As the Chief Information Officer (CIO) at Argano, you will lead the management of all aspects of our Information Technology (IT) infrastructure, systems, and security, including internal IT systems, CRM, PSA, Data Dashboard, HCM, internal laptop management, and JIRA. Your strategic vision and leadership will be pivotal in ensuring the efficiency, effectiveness, and security of our IT operations, aligning them with the organization's overarching goals. You will also be responsible for the end-to-end transformation of the IT system, managing highly secure federal servers, and engaging in stakeholder management up to the CXO level, with a requirement for frequent international travel. As a strong change agent, you will drive innovation and continuous improvement within the IT domain.
Strategic Leadership
• Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Provide visionary leadership in the adoption and integration of technological solutions to enhance operational efficiency globally.
IT Systems Management
• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of all IT systems and networks, including internal IT systems, CRM, PSA, Data Dashboard, HCM, internal laptop management, and JIRA.
• Ensure the availability, reliability, and performance of IT infrastructure to meet business demands.
• Lead initiatives for system upgrades, migrations, and integrations as necessary, with a focus on end-to-end transformation.
Security Management
• Develop and enforce IT security policies and procedures to safeguard company data and assets.
• Implement robust cybersecurity measures to mitigate risks and protect against cyber threats.
• Stay abreast of emerging security threats and technologies to proactively address potential vulnerabilities.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) Oversight
• Manage the deployment, customization, and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications.
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure D365 solutions meet business requirements and drive operational excellence.
Stakeholder Management
• Engage in stakeholder management up to the CXO level, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment of IT initiatives with business objectives.
• Ability to travel internationally frequently to meet with stakeholders and support global IT operations.
Team Leadership
• Build and mentor a high-performing IT team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
• Delegate responsibilities effectively and provide guidance to team members to achieve departmental objectives.
