    Job Details

    Job Title: Java Technical Trainer

    Location: Bangalore, Hyderabad

    Overview :

    We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to fill the role within our Learning & Development (L&D) team, this individual will play a crucial role in shaping the learning journey of our associates, ensuring they possess the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their respective roles.

    Role & Responsibilities :

    1. Deliver comprehensive training sessions on Java Full Stack, Java, Selenium, AWS/Azure Cloud Concepts, Python and other relevant technologies to associates who comes with various levels of experience.
    2. Facilitate interactive learning experiences through various delivery methods, including instructor-led sessions, workshops, online modules, and hands-on labs.
    3. Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to design and implement training programs aligned with organizational goals and industry standards.
    4. Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve delivery methods and content based on feedback and evolving business needs.
    5. Stay updated on emerging trends and advancements in technology like GenAI , GitHub Copilot and learning methodologies.
    6. Good on designing the training content .
    7. Define development strategy for capability gaps : Consult with Business Unit (BU) leadership to determine short and long-term needs for strategic talent and capability development.
    • Work closely with BU leaders and team members to determine development needs and solutions.
    • Works collaboratively with Learning SPOCs and SME's leading to implement learning solutions in a standardized manner and remove duplication of effort.
    • Partner with other stakeholders to ensure delivery of appropriate solutions
    • Design and develop learning solutions that leverage industry best practices, resonate with the key stakeholders and drive business outcomes.
    • Consult a variety of tools, services, and vendors in considering design and development options.
    • Selecting instructional architecture and using instructional design knowledge to create programs that maximize learning transfer, drive learner motivation and make the desired impact on learners' behaviors.

    Measurement

    • Identify success criteria with the business prior to the development of learning solutions.
    • Report on success of learning initiatives to business stakeholders and Tavant leadership.
