    JobResponsibilities:

    • Coordinatingwith supervisors subordinates and other teams to anticipate andassess load and plan thedistribution
    • Maintaining and improving thequality of the experiences provided on trails by the operationsteam.
    • Working closely with the operations teamto achieve trials of the highest quality. Constant monitoring ofexperiences offered by the company
    • Takingcomplete responsibility for executing group trials and being on thefield whenever necessary
    • Make sure theoperations team is motivated in theirtasks
    • Share feedback with other teams likesales marketing and top management and work on the feedbackreceived from them
    • Managing the curation teamto ensure that the experiences/trails are curated to the bestpossible level and working closely with the vendors/ hosts tomaintain a good relationship. Regular Meeting with Hosts. Work onexisting and new curations
    • Ensure that thetraining of new joiners and the current team is done continuouslyand at par with industrystandards
    • Documentation of trail quality grouphandling reports feedback reports employee reviews and otherdocumentation
    • Create and update Tasks List foreach member of the Operations Team and monitor thesame.
    • Share Hiring requirements in the team andbe a part of the process
    • Streamline andsupervise the process where data from the trails such as costs andfinances inventory is tracked andmaintained
    • Work with team members individuallyto improve their skills.
    • Ideation for newtrails and Projects as well as temporary projects for existingclients
