- Overseethe sales order process from receipt to fulfillment ensuringaccuracy timeliness and compliance with company policies andprocedures.
- Work closely with the ChiefOperating Officer to align sales operations strategies with overallbusiness objectives and priorities. Provide regular updates onsales performance operational challenges and opportunities forimprovement.
- Proactively engage with clients toensure satisfaction with products and services. Conduct regularcheckins to gather feedback address concerns and identifyopportunities for upselling or crossselling additionalproducts.
- Maintain strong relationships withkey clients serving as their primary point of contact for allproductrelated inquiries and support needs.
- Actas a liaison between clients and internal teams to resolve anyproductrelated issues or concerns in a timely and satisfactorymanner.
- Maintain accurate records of clientinteractions delivery schedules and performance metrics. Generateregular reports to track delivery performance and clientsatisfaction levels.
- Maintain ongoingcommunication with clients postimplementation to address anyadditional support needs troubleshoot technical issues andfacilitate continuous improvementefforts.
- Continuously evaluate and streamlinesales processes to enhance efficiency productivity and customersatisfaction. Implement best practices and automation tools toimprove workflow and eliminatebottlenecks.
- 6years of experience in operations management preferably in the ITproduct sales industry.
