    Workday is embarking on our next growth adventure. As our Business Technology team continues its mission to deliver unparalleled value to our business partners and customers, we are expanding our presence in the Asia-Pacific region with a new Business Technology office in Pune, India. This new office will be an essential development center to propel the growth of our company through transformational programs for Go-To-Market and Enterprise Data Analytics teams.     About Go-To-Market Team:
    The Business Technology Go-To-Market team works in close partnership with our business partners to help achieve growth and revenue goals for Workday, along with driving first-class Customer and employee experiences. The team is responsible for developing and supporting innovative architecture-led solutions for our Marketing, Sales, Services, Customer Support & Legal business functions with Salesforce being the primary platform alongside other innovative platforms like SnapLogic for Integrations, Conga/Apttus for CPQ, CLM, AWS as PaaS, Coveo Search Platform, OKTA for SSO and others

    About the Role

    Our Go-To-Market (GTM) Enterprise Applications team is currently looking for a Manager of Enterprise Applications.

    • Lead complex project improvements related to GTM initiatives, marketing efficiency, user experience and be accountable for timely delivery of projects.
    • Lead the development of solutions on the platform, using Apex, Heroku, and Visualforce and leverage HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, and other technologies
    • Supervise staff to sustain and 'run the business' via Salesforce improvements including implementing creative business solutions, such as lead qualification, campaign managment, M&A, CDM/Reltio and cross-functional pillars with Business Intelligence/RevOps, Sales, Services, Support, and data.
    • Manage, advise, and mentor team on professional development, general best practices and business initiatives or goals while also aligning on budget allocations, resources, resource planning and utilization, operating model, agile practices, and driving roadmap with partners to sustain all the sales business functions.
    • Identify Service improvement areas, long term solutions for managing tech debt and drive resolution
    • Plan, execute POC for automation, long standing problems and new product adoption.
    • Deliver Production bugs, enhancements.
    • Work on scale and uplift of Salesforce monitoring solutions
    • Create documentation, maintain standardization and look for ways to continuously improve processes & procedures.

    About You

    Basic Qualifications

    • 6+ years of Salesforce experience
    • 3+ years as a people manager with diverse experience in managing a team of developers, business analysts, quality assurance engineers.
    • Experience developing with Lightning and experience implementing with Salesforce AppExchange

    Other Qualifications

    • Salesforce Platform App Builder Certification Preferred
    • Salesforce Admin Certification
    • Salesforce Platform Developer Certification Preferred
    • Familiarity with Marketing / Top of the Sales funnel and Marketing Automation tools.
    • Ability to present ideas in user-friendly language to non-technical staff and end users.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment meeting the needs of a global business
    • Leadership skills to mitigate, influence, and create strategic plans with various business and technical cross-functional teams, such as, sales, services, support, finance, and marketing
