Job Description: CRM Dynamics Senior Technical Lead

Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Technical Lead specialized in CRM Dynamics to join our team. As the Senior Technical Lead, you will lead the CRM Dynamics team, manage the development and implementation of CRM solutions, and shape our CRM strategy for the project. The ideal candidate should have 8 to 12 years of experience in CRM Dynamics, a solid background in software development, team leadership skills, and familiarity with Agile Software Development practices.

Lead and manage the CRM Dynamics team, offering technical guidance, mentoring, and support to team members.
Supervise the design, development, customization, and implementation of CRM Dynamics solutions to meet business needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure successful project delivery.
Establish and uphold best practices and guidelines for CRM Dynamics application development and customization.
Provide expertise in CRM Dynamics architecture, integrations, and enhancements.
Conduct code reviews, ensure compliance with coding standards, and drive quality assurance practices within the team.
Monitor and optimize the performance, availability, and scalability of the CRM Dynamics application and infrastructure.
Work with senior management to define and execute the CRM strategy in alignment with business goals.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for process optimization and automation within the CRM Dynamics ecosystem.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Minimum of 10 to 12 years of hands-on experience in CRM Dynamics, including development, customization, and implementation.

Thorough knowledge of CRM Dynamics architecture, modules, and customization capabilities.

Proficiency in CRM Dynamics, Java Script, C#, plugins, PCF controls, web resources, React, HTML, and CSS.

Demonstrated experience in leading and managing CRM Dynamics projects and teams.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Solid grasp of Agile methodology in software development.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with teams and stakeholders.

Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Relevant certifications in CRM Dynamics (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365) are advantageous.
