    • Prior experience in the Real Estate sector is a plus

    Job Description:

    • Collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing requirements
    • Conducting interviews, both in-person and over the phone / Screening applicants
    • Coordinating interviews with hiring managers
    • Keeping track of interview progress
    • Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders to meet staffing objectives
    • Defining position descriptions and documenting role criteria
    • Utilizing diverse recruitment platforms to source potential candidates
    • Evaluating candidates to ensure they meet requirements, fit the company culture, and align with the team
    • Presenting shortlisted candidates with comprehensive profile summaries
    • Providing guidance and overseeing negotiation processes
