    Description

    Qwerty Brand Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and organised Human Resources Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a vital role in all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and employee relations.

    Responsibilities:

    • Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with company goals.
    • Manage the entire recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection.
    • Onboard new hires and ensure they are properly integrated into the company culture.
    • Oversee employee relations, including handling grievances, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
    • Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with labor laws.
    • Stay abreast of HR trends and best practices.
    • Develop and implement training and development programs for employees.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field (preferred).
    • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a human resources role.
    • Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
    • Proficient in HR software and information systems.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
