    Overview:

    As a Business Development Executive at Schbang's Influencer Marketing Department - Schbang Fluence, your primary responsibility is to drive growth and revenue by acquiring new clients and expanding the client base. You will play a crucial role in identifying potential business opportunities, nurturing relationships with clients, and developing tailored influencer marketing strategies to meet their objectives.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Client Acquisition: Identify and prospect potential clients in various industries interested in influencer marketing services.
    • Lead Generation: Generate leads through networking, cold calling, email outreach, and attending industry events.
    • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing excellent customer service.
    • Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling proposals and pitches to prospective clients, showcasing the agency's capabilities and services.
    • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and contracts with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements are reached and closed.
    • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs to tailor strategies accordingly.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as account management, creative, and analytics to deliver effective influencer marketing campaigns.
    • Reporting and Analysis: Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
    • Forecasting and Planning: Develop sales forecasts and strategic plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
    • Continuous Learning: Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in influencer marketing and sales techniques to enhance your skills and knowledge.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Proven experience in business development or sales for an Influencer Marketing agency.
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
    • Thorough understanding of the Influencer Marketing ecosystem.
    • Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms, social media channels, and digital advertising technologies is a plus.
    • Results-driven with a passion for exceeding targets and delivering exceptional client service.
