    Description

    Job Role - Technical Support Engineer ( L1)

    Exp - 4 to 5 years of experience in application production support.

    2. Independently manage stream of work for version upgrades (web & app) across deployment and release Operations.

    3. Working experience in Nginix, Apache, Jboss, Tomcat, Support Production.

    4. Handson experience in application deployment (release operations) on production setup.

    5. Must have war/jar files deployment experience.

    6. Coordinate across various teams to effectively manage migration/maintenance & Production activities.

    7. Support change management process and infra migration activities.

    8. Must have banking domain experiences.

    9. Good hands-on experience of working on various OS platforms like Linux, Windows, AIX.

    10. Incident Management experience to identify, troubleshoot and resolve production issues.

    11. Monitoring experience on tools like dynatrace.

    12. Basic understanding of databases like Oracle, Postgress, Mongo and Redis. Should be able to carry out schema level activities on these DB.

    13. Experience on tools like Jira, Service Now, Ticketing systems.

    14. Good written and spoken communication skill in English.

    15. Should be a quick learner.

    16. Should have infra understanding like load balancer, DNS, public IP, proxy etc.

    17. Should be able to conduct DR Drills.

    18. Co-ordinate with different team to induct servers, get installation and configuration of middleware and application done.

    19. Should have knowledge on SSL certificate renewals.

    20. Should be able to understand application flow and perform basic L1 troubleshooting for application functional issues.
