    Our Areas of Practice is in relation with Environmental Regulatory, BIS Certifications, Legal Metrology Licensing & consultancy, Medical Devices Registration, Cosmetics Registration, Food FSSAI licensing, many other kinds of License, registrations and certifications required during imports or exports.

    Job Title: Accountant


    Job Overview:

    We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant with knowledge of Zoho Books to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting regulations, and leveraging Zoho Books to streamline financial processes. The candidate should possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Financial Record Management:
    - Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using Zoho Books.
    - Record financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.

    2. Zoho Books Expertise:
    - Demonstrate proficiency in using Zoho Books for accounting tasks.
    - Configure and optimize Zoho Books settings to meet the organization's specific needs.

    3. Financial Reporting:
    - Generate and analyze financial reports using Zoho Books to provide insights to management.
    - Prepare regular financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

    4. Compliance:
    - Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial reporting requirements.
    - Work closely with external auditors and provide necessary documentation during audits.

    5. Budgeting and Forecasting:
    - Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
    - Monitor budgetary performance and provide variance analysis.

    6. Vendor Management:
    - Manage vendor accounts, including processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and resolving discrepancies.

    7. Cross-functional Collaboration:
    - Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information and support decision-making processes.

    8. Process Improvement:
    - Identify opportunities for process improvement within the finance function, leveraging Zoho Books functionalities.

    Locations: Sector – 3 Rohini, Ayodhya chowk near M2K cinema.

    Nearest metro = Rohini West (1 km from office)

    Requirements

    Requirements:

    Qualifications:

    1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
    2. Proven experience as an Accountant with a focus on using Zoho Books.
    3. Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
    4. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
    5. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant accounting software.
    6. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    7. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    Experience in implementing Zoho Books for small to medium-sized businesses.
    Knowledge of additional Zoho applications (e.g., Zoho CRM).
