    Designation- Senior Executive- International Sales

    No of Position- 02

    Work Location: Nashik

    Responsible For- Nashik/Thane

    Preferred Joining: ASAP

    Preferred Candidate: Male/Female

    Education: Graduation – Mechanical Engineering + MBA (Pref)

    Experience: 6-12 Years in exports market and domestic market in which minimum 6 years in high value (25 lakhs & above) capital machinery sale in Export Market.

    Preferred Industry: Printing/Packaging/Pharma/SPM machine sales

    Candidate Profile: Candidate will be responsible for sales of Technoshell printing and packaging machines in allotted markets+ international regions. Candidate should have capability to network, interact, build relationships and understand customers and their needs. He should be capable to create, nurture and close leads. He will generate and handle enquiries through domestic & international visits, exhibitions and online. Should have very good interpersonal skills and able to build relationship with prospects, before and after the machine are sold. Should able to negotiate and close deals individually. Engage customers and prospects to ensure their goals and requirements are fulfilled. Co-ordinate with internal team to ensure customer commitments should met.

    Required Skill: Candidate must have experience in machinery sales. Candidate must be able and willing to travel up to 10-15 days/month for sales visits. Candidate must have sold machinery internationally .

    Technical Skill: Candidate should exposure in interacting with MNC's and international market exposure. Preferably from printing and packaging or from similar industry (SPM). Should ready to travel 10-15 days in a month. Good command over English. Should be smart and energetic person.

    Soft Skill: Must have good English communication – written, spoken, along with regional/international languages is preferred. Should be smart, empathetic, well-spoken and an excellent negotiator.
