    Job Title: Inside Sales Executive

    As an Inside Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in generating leads and fostering connections with potential clients. Your primary focus will be on B2B sales, utilizing various strategies to identify and engage with key decision-makers. If you thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment and have exceptional communication skills, we want you on the team.

    Responsibilities

    • Conduct primary research to understand market trends and customer needs.
    • Utilize target account lists to identify potential leads and create opportunities for sales.
    • Employ various methods such as web research, email outreach, and outbound calls to generate B2B leads.
    • Prospect, educate and qualify target accounts to develop sales-ready leads.
    • Identify key stakeholders within target organizations and schedule qualified appointments.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, establishing trust and credibility.

    Qualifications

    • Highly motivated self-starter with a competitive spirit and keen attention to detail.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented sales environment.
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a positive and engaging phone presence.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and strong confidence is required.
    • Aptitude for technology and willingness to learn new tools and systems.
    • Proven ability in opportunity qualification, pre-call planning, and time management.
    • Strong team player with the capacity to work independently when needed.
    • Proficiency in English, Telugu, and Hindi is required.
