- As Executive Assistant, you will provide support to Global Head of P2P and TPF and respective leadership teams with travel arrangements, diary management and other administrative tasks.
- The role does not include managing people directly. You will interact with the teams in TPF, and P2P and wider GFS and you are expected to understand and cascade strategy and vision, and Haleon Culture
- To make sure all teams are well coordinated and aligned on Priorities.
- To set, maintain and evolve appropriately the TPF Governance that drives strong focus on Performance and Objectives delivery.
- To participate in a range of Projects Small, Medium to Large that are Business driven or Tower driven. And participate to projects outside of Tower and GFS where relevant.
- Be the pillar to embedding our Culture and create team building events around our Culture – not restricted to Tower.
- Interact with a large range of teams and people in the organization, representing TPF, P2P and wider GFS.
- Be a collaborative and active team member & player in line with Haleon Culture
- You will be expected to invest time in your own development and support a culture of development across the wider team.

Job purpose
TPF is building a new team at the Haleon GCC, Bengaluru. This team will receive activities migrating from the UK. You will initially play a key part in ensuring the success of this project through supporting onboarding and building the team culture.
