    Description

    Job Description :
    Administer Client's Salesforce system setup and configuration including custom fields and objects, layouts, user provisioning, security, and permissions.

    • Maintain a holistic view of Salesforce processes and users to understand the impact on configuration, workflow, and permission changes.
    • Integrate thirdparty applications and packages.
    • Monitor and report on Salesforce system health and usage.
    • Keep up to date on Salesforce industry best practices and trends to drive ongoing improvements to the Client's platform.

    What we're looking for :

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
    • 25+ years of Salesforce Administration experience supporting an enterpriselevel SFDC instance.
    • Indepth knowledge of configuration and administration, including custom fields and objects, workflows, assignments rules, validation rules, formula fields, deployment, governor limits, roles, profiles, and permissions.
    • Passionate about ; regularly following Salesforce trends and best practices.
    Administrator certifications are a strong plus.

    • Experience with Salesforce data management tools (e.g. Data Loader or DemandTools).
    • Working knowledge of SOQL and Developer Workbench is a plus.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
    • Ability to excel in a fastpaced environment requiring attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, a high degree of motivation, and deadlinedriven productivity.
    • Experience with Copado or other Salesforce deployment tools and strategies is a plus.
