- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop andexecute plantspecific business plans in alignment with theorganizations goals and objectives.
- Identifyand support new business opportunities.
- Ideateand implement strategic improvements for production quality andmanpower utilization throughout the plant.
- Investigate and implement innovative manufacturingprocesses to reduce costs improve product quality & increaseprofits.
- Ensure Plant is setup and streamlinedas per the requirement
- Plan coordinate andoversee all plant operations including production maintenancelogistics and quality control.
- Monitor anddrive improvement of manufacturing processes to enhance efficiencyand productivity.
- Ensure that productionschedules and targets are met on time and within budget.
- Driving the culture VA/VE and continuous improvements inproduct and processes.
- Ensure customerconcerns are addressed on priority by the team and preventiveactions where required are put in place.
- Ensure that robust maintenance planning routines andmethods (Inspections & preparation) are in place tooptimize/maximize plant performance
- Responsible for P&L of the business by maintainingraw material cost and other costs at optimum level in line withbestinclass industry standards
- Establish andmaintain quality control standards to ensure products meet orexceeds customer expectations.
- Ensureimplementation of quality control procedures and continuousimprovement initiatives.
- Ensure implementationof Quality Management System for the plant.
- Build Manage and develop a high performing team thatdelivers on business plans.
- Manage theallocation of resources including personnel equipment and materialsto optimize production output.
- Foster aninclusive workplace culture by promoting diversity equity andinclusion initiatives. Ensure fair labour practices prioritizeemployee wellbeing and provide opportunities for skill developmentand advancement.
- Control costs by developingand managing budgets and cost reduction strategies.
- Will be responsible for Capex and Opex of the plantsafety Compliance and ESG:
- Ensure culture ofsafety and compliance by enforcing safety protocols and regulatorycompliance measures to protect employees and theenvironment.
- Stay up to date with industryregulations and ensure adherence.
- Ensureregular safety audits are conducted and corrective actions areimplemented as needed.
- Ensure delivery onEnvironmental Social and Governance Goals of theorganization.
- Ensure transparent communicationof the plants performance particularly concerning environmental andsocial impact including regular reporting on sustainabilityinitiatives and progress towards ESG goals.
- Implement effective risk management strategies and ensurecompliance with relevant regulations and industry standards tomaintain a responsible and sustainable operation.
- Communicate regularly with the leadership team to provideupdates on plant performance and issues.
- Prepare and present reports on key performance indicatorsproduction goals and other relevant metrics
- Qualificationsand Requirements:
- M.Tech / B.E Mechanical
- Minimum 20 years with about 10 years in similar capacityof running a production plant
- ProductCompanies preferably in skid pressure vessel oil &water consoleproduction
- Understanding of oil and gasindustry
- Experience of plant management.
- Experience of P&L management
- Proven experience in handling Plant Operations whichincludes lean manufacturing & mass production
- Advanced knowledge of any ERP system and advancedcompetence of MSOffice applications (Excel PowerPointetc.)
