Description

About the internship:

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handling User tickets/calls/chat

2. Understanding the user query, quickly deciding right resolution from user's perspective

3. Deciding on the best medium to interact with the customer and provide a resolution (call, chat, email) and close the issue immediately

4. Ensuring 100% accuracy in documentation of interactions handled

5. Adhering to quality benchmarks, follow process standard operating procedures & exception policy framework

6. Identifying opportunities for process improvements, training, or refreshers
