About the internship:

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner

2. Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing exchange requests

3. Manage daily order operations and inventory management

4. Maintain accurate inventory and transaction data

5. Provide feedback on customer trends and concerns to help improve our services
