    Description
    Overview:
    We are seeking a dynamic TeamLeader Sales with a proven track record in B2B sales particularlyin the SaaS industry to join our team in Delhi NCR. The idealcandidate will have a solid background in team management extensiveexperience in field sales within the Delhi NCR region and ademonstrated ability to drive revenuegeneration.
    Responsibilities:
    • Leadand motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed salestargets.
    • Developand implement strategic sales plans to expand customer base anddrive revenuegrowth.
    • Identifynew business opportunities and establish relationships withpotentialclients.
    • Conductmarket research and competitor analysis to stay informed aboutindustry trends anddevelopments.
    • Collaboratewith the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies andpromotionalcampaigns.
    • Provideregular reports and updates on sales performance pipeline andforecasts.
    • Continuouslymonitor and evaluate sales processes to identify areas forimprovement andoptimization.
    • Representthe company at industry events conferences and trade shows topromote our products andservices.
    Requirements Requirements:
    • TeamManagement Experience:Minimum 1 year of experience in teammanagement.
    • SalesExperience:35 years of proven experience in B2B sales preferably inthe SaaSindustry.
    • Strongunderstanding of sales methodologies andtechniques.
    • FieldSales in Delhi NCR:Must have a comprehensive understanding of theDelhi NCR market and extensive experience in field sales within theregion.
    • RevenueGeneration:Prior experience in revenue generation is mandatory witha demonstrated ability to meet and exceed salestargets.
    • OfficeLocation:Ready to work from our office located in Nehru Place NewDelhi.
    • Prior experiencein SaaS sales is highly desirable.Familiarity with CRM software andother sales tools.Strong negotiation and communicationskills.Ability to thrive in a fastpaced targetdrivenenvironment.
    • Proven ability to buildand maintain strong clientrelationships.
    • Bachelors degree inBusiness Administration Marketing or related fieldpreferred.
