    Description

    This is a remote position.

    • The individual in this role will serve as theprimary contact for all marketingrelated matters and willcollaborate with restaurant owners specializing in Indian Italianand Mediterranean cuisines.
    • Theywill assume responsibility for conducting daily marketing meetingswith the sales team.
    • Preferencewill be given to candidates who possess experience in therestaurant industry or have a strong understanding of internationalculinary traditions.
    • Managingmarketing team to achieve the monthly targets
    • Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out aboutour company and drive qualified traffic to our front door
    • Deploy successful marketingcampaigns and own their implementation from ideation toexecution
    • Experiment with a varietyof organic and paid acquisition channels like content creationcontent curation pay per click campaigns event management publicitysocial media lead generation campaigns copywriting performanceanalysis
    • Produce valuable andengaging content for our website and blog that attracts andconverts our target groups
    • Buildstrategic relationships and partner with key industry playersagencies and vendors
    • Prepare andmonitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis andallocate funds wisely
    • Oversee andapprove marketing material from website banners to hard copybrochures and case studies
    • Measureand report on the performance of marketing campaigns gain insightand assess against goals
    • Analyzeconsumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaignsaccordingly


    Requirements

    • Demonstrable experience in marketing togetherwith the potential and attitude required to learn
    • Provenexperience in identifying target audiences and in creativelydevising and leading across channels marketing campaigns thatengage educate and motivate
    • Solid knowledge of website analyticstools
    • Experience in setting up and optimizingGoogle Adwords campaigns
    • Numerically literate comfortable working withnumbers making sense of metrics and processing figures withspreadsheets
    • A sense of aesthetics and a love for greatcopy and witty communication
    • Uptodate with the latest trends and bestpractices in online marketing andmeasurement
    • Minimum 38 years of experience in MarketingIndustry
    • Must have knowledge of Digital MarketingSocial Media Marketing Email Campaigns &SEO

    -Graduation or Post Graduation -Proven working 3-8years experience in digital marketing -Demonstrable experienceleading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, socialmedia and/or display advertising campaigns -Highly creative withexperience in identifying target audiences and devising digitalcampaigns that engage, inform and motivate -Experience inoptimizing landing pages and user funnels -Solid knowledge ofwebsite analytics tools -Hours are Monday to Friday and half daySaturday 9am to 5pm EST (Toronto Time)
