Roles and Responsibilities:-
1. Acquiring new customers by counseling and suggesting the proper course
2. The talk time required per day is 240 Mints per day.
3. Weekly targets have to be achieved.
4. 100 dials per day.
5. Acquiring customer and onboarding confirmation.
6. Upgrading product knowledge.
7. 10 demo registration per day.
Training and Targets:-
*Training duration for a period of 2 Weeks (OJT Stage). The 2 weeks On the Job training is conducted physically in the Bangalore office. OJT will end with an evaluation of all the trainees according to Companies terms and conditions and only successful trainees will be offered a permanent position.
*No Holidays during the Training Period.
*Requirement of Laptop and Headphone. This is a core requirement for you to take part in the Training. Training can't happen without fulfillment of this requirement.
*12 casual and 12 Sick Leaves, 1 added per month.
*Health Insurance will be provided upon conversion as a permanent employee.
