    Description
    Key Responsibilities:

    - Needs Assessment and Analysis: Conduct thorough assessments to define educational goals and determine effective teaching methods.
    - Curriculum Development: Create detailed curriculum plans, including course content and assessment tools, in line with industry standards.
    - Content Creation: Use various multimedia tools to develop interactive learning materials for different learning styles.
    - Implementation and Evaluation: Manage training programs and evaluate instructional materials for optimal outcomes.
    - Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with experts to ensure learning solutions meet Gaian's objectives.
    - Learning Technology Integration: Stay updated on technology trends to enhance learning experiences.
    - Continuous Improvement: Update materials based on feedback and organizational needs.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
    • Minimum 4 years of experience in instructional design or curriculum development.
    • Proficiency in instructional design methodologies and multimedia tools.
    • Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, and Learning Management Systems.
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management abilities.
    • Collaboration and multitasking skills are essential.
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
    • Familiarity with web-based training and video conferencing tools.
