    Role :
    Role: ITOM-CMDB Lead/ Senior DeveloperLocation : PAN IndiaExp : 6 to Years of professional technical experience- 3-6 Years Engineering and Development experience in a Consulting role for SeviceNow Tool Implementation- 2-4 years of hands-on implementation experience with ServiceNow ITOM, Event, Discovery, CMDB and preferably Service Mapping Thorough understanding and exposure on CMDB, Discovery and Event management processes Good knowledge and experience in Azure VM & IP Discovery, GCP Discovery, Network Discovery, On-Prem Discovery, Physical Devices Monitoring Good knowledge and experience Event Correlation, Event Management & Integration, Midserver Architecture (Event) Knowledge and experience in other ServiceNow modules such as ITSM/ITAM/ITBM/CSM/HRSD would be a plus Good knowledge and experience in Certificate Integration & Management, Service Operator Workspace, ServiceNow AD Accounts, Groups, Servicenow Sailpoint & Cyberark, Schedule jobs Hands-on exposure on ServiceNow integration with at least 3-4 3rd party tools, including at least 1 of the ITOM tools like Nagios, AppDynamics, SCOM, etc. Good exposure on all phases of ServiceNow modules implementation lifecycle. Experience working on Agile environment preferably SAFe.
    • College Degree in Information Systems or Engineering or Equivalent technical training/Experience .
    • Should be ServiceNow CSA certified, CIS-Discovery, CIS-Event, CIS – Service Mapping.
    Certification and Micro-certification in CMDB desired- Preferably ITIL V3 Training and Certification- Excellent communication skills
