    RoleDescription
    Supervisorfor IT Compliance Specialist and IT Compliance Generalist
    Developsa coherent view on Compliance topics / Compliance risks withinET&SIndia.
    Ensuresproper knowledge level of compliance for employees by settingobligatorytrainings
    Developsreports to ensure outsourcing requirements (based on groupstandards and in close collaboration with groupoversight)
    Developslocal compliance standards based on Group standards and local legalrequirements
    Ensurecompliance to all applicable local and German laws regulations andthe policies guidelines work instructions adopted by theCompany.
    Ensuretimely assessment of process areas and discuss the outcomes withReporting Manager Ensure closure of any actionable within agreedtimelines
    Assistthe Reporting Manager / Risk & Compliance team as and whenadvised by the ReportingManager
    Developa training plan for the team members and for self. Ensurecompletion of the plan as per agreedtimelines
    Buildand manage local Compliancefunction

    Location - Powai (Mumbai) Qualification - Any graduate (CApreferred) Role Description Supervisor for IT Compliance Specialistand IT Compliance Generalist Develops a coherent view on Compliancetopics / Compliance risks within ET&S India.

    Ensures properknowledge level of compliance for employees by setting obligatorytrainings Develops reports to ensure outsourcing requirements(based on group standards and in close collaboration with groupoversight) Develops local compliance standards based on Groupstandards and local legal requirements Ensure compliance to allapplicable local and German laws, regulations and the policies,guidelines , work instructions adopted by the Company.
