    Description

    Job Description: Sales Executive (Residential and Commercial Properties)

    Location: Dum Dum, Kolkata

    Position Type: Full-time

    Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in real estate sales

    Gender Preference: Female

    Language Skills: Proficient in English (both written and verbal)

    Salary: Fixed salary + incentive structure

    Responsibilities:

    1. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
    2. Present, promote, and sell residential and commercial properties to prospective clients.
    3. Understand clients' needs and offer suitable property solutions.
    4. Provide guidance and assist clients in property purchase decisions.
    5. Coordinate property viewings and negotiations between buyers and sellers.
    6. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
    7. Keep abreast of market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
    8. Achieve sales targets and objectives within specified timeframes.

    Requirements:

    1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in real estate sales, preferably in residential and commercial properties.
    2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    3. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
    4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    5. Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
