    Job Description: Sr.ManagerEvents

    PositionOverview:

    Weare seeking a dedicated and experienced Sr. Manager Events tooversee the planning organization and execution of both local andinternational largescale events. The ideal candidate will possess adeep understanding of local laws and regulations relevant to eventplanning in various countries ensuring compliance and seamlessevent execution. This role requires a blend of creativitymeticulous planning and the ability to navigate complex logisticalchallenges.

    Theideal candidate will have experience of event execution in highendsophisticated formal sector events likeConferences and Summits AwardCeremonies Educational Workshops and Seminar Product Launches. Thecandidate should have experience with formal and structured eventsshould have been instrumental in generating media coverage and buzzwithin the target audience and have a keen eye for sophisticatedhospitality.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    • EventPlanning and Execution: Lead the planning and execution of eventsfrom concept to completion ensuring they meet the organizationsobjectives and standards. This includes selecting venues managingsuppliers overseeing event logistics and coordinating with internaland externalstakeholders.
    • RegulatoryCompliance: Ensure all events comply with local laws andregulations in each jurisdiction including obtaining necessarypermits understanding and adhering to health and safety standardsand ensuring accessibility requirements aremet.
    • BudgetManagement: Develop and manage event budgets negotiate with vendorsand suppliers and ensure costeffective solutions withoutcompromisingquality.
    • TeamLeadership and Collaboration: Lead motivate and manage internalteams and external partners involved in event planning andexecution. Foster a collaborative environment to ensure the successofevents.
    • StakeholderManagement: Work closely with stakeholders to understand theirgoals and expectations. Provide regular updates and managecommunications effectively to ensurealignment.
    • MarketResearch and Strategy: Conduct market research to identify trendsand opportunities for innovative event concepts. Develop strategiesfor enhancing attendee experience and achieving organizationalgoals.
    • PostEventEvaluation: Lead the postevent evaluation process includinggathering feedback assessing performance against objectives andidentifying areas forimprovement.

    RequirementsQualifications:

    • Bachelorsdegree in Event Management Hospitality Business Administration or arelatedfield.
    • Aminimum of 89 years of experience in largescale event managementwith a proven track record of successfully planning and executinglocal and internationalevents.
    • Strongknowledge of local and international event planning regulations andrequirements.
    • Excellentorganizational leadership and problemsolvingskills.
    • Strongnegotiation and budget managementskills.
    • Abilityto work under pressure and manage multiple projectssimultaneously.
    • Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills with the ability to workeffectively with diverse teams andstakeholders.
    • Willingnessto travel as required for event planning andexecution.
